We are well aware of the fundamental work that Spanish Cooperation has carried out with Africa for the 2019 years as per FOCUS AFRICA 2019-2021 (see PDF attached). It is, however, curiously, below what it could be compared to its cultural Hispanic basins such as Latin America, Central America, or the Caribbean, USA, when we know that it adjoins the African continent in Algesiras by some 20Kms!
